0 is no fan assistance, i.e. the faster you drive the more air comes into the cabin. that way you dont need to have the fan on.

did the car stop. My ABS only cuts in on a wet or muddy road, doesnt seem to want to lock up or cut in on a dry road. Stops like a 8astard though, best stopping car Ive ever had!
