I could be way off the mark, but considering what a Mk2 Cup Racer still fetches, i'd like to get 10.5k. It wouldn't take a huge amount of work or money to get it running. Just adding up what some of the main bits are potentially worth if it was broken Gearbox, subframe, shafts, hubs etc...

That's pretty much what I was thinking, a standard screen is easy and cheap to replace in comparison. Don't think I could get the standard heater box to fit now but something like a T7 heater might be worth thinking about.

Having second thoughts about getting a heated screen... Was talking to someone the other night who's had 3 of them in 2 seasons (not clio) 1 failed and 2 got burst with stones. Got me thinking it's possibly a better idea just to have a standard screen and then do something to stop it misting up...
