Never had a problem with standard wheel bolts coming loose on trackdays, always torqued to 105Nm as well. I find these things make changing/mounting wheels a bit easier though...

Fit Bilstein B14s and either set them to a height that doesn't compromise the rollcentres or set them lower and fit a rollcentre correction kit. A set of decent tyres and you're done.

Usually the trip resetting is a sign that the battery is on it's way out, these cars seem pretty sensitive to a battery that is starting to go. Am I reading that right, the battery rating is 380CCA? If so that seems a bit low to me...
