I'm a tester and I would say.
A. You as a tester don't know what at car came with new. You have to test it as you see it. I.e high level brake lights are not a failure as you don't need them. You don't know if it's wired in and you don't know if the car came with it.

Check the 12v battery. Any decoder ring faults in uch what does the live data say in uch.
Is the immobiliser light stuck on?
Them faults you have on the screen makes it sound like you have a broken wire with ignition on do you get the throttle body working?
Broken wire to or from the main relay. Done 3 clios over the last month with the same fault. Check the 3 little black relays in the fuse box under bonnet
Has anybody tried doing a fault code check and erase.
Any wiring checks been made at the uch?
Are the number plate lights working alot of renault are wired in to the ns sidelights.
