No it won't turn over at all. When I was trying with the AA guy the engine just kept trying to start but wouldn't. I can't think of a way to describe it. Almost juddering but not starting.

When I turn the key,the engine tries to start, but doesn't. It sounds like its almost about to start, but doesn't.
