Same. I don't have a group of people to play with either, so trying to play this Solo (to be fair, I've only played Conquest so might try Breakthrough like @Adamm. suggested) for a couple of hours a week, is properly soul-destroying.

Yeah I mentioned before that I'm suffering the same issues, which means that 1v1 I tend to get gaped. Really annoying, particularly when the only solution appears to be pumping the trigger for short bursts, which doesn't exactly amplify my damage output...

TBF, I'm with Sky mobile currently, and it's just a rolling monthly SIM from memory, so there's no harm in changing and getting an e-SIM for my boy at the same time. Thanks, looks like I'm being stung for a new Apple Watch for him after all!

Do they need to be on the same network? I was aware they needed to be paired to a phone, but you can set them up on a kid's plan.

I use an AirTag for our son, we're looking to get him a Cellular Apple Watch too, as we don't want him to have a phone. Plenty of AirTag keyloop rings available, he either sticks it on his belt loop, or in a pocket. Granted he doesn't go far, so there's little chance of him running out of...
