I bent a rear axle few years back. Had major problems in the wet it would lose it on roundabouts at 15mph. Turned out to be a bent shock didn't appear to be leaking though. If it does it more turning one way than the other might be worth swapping them over to see what difference it makes.

Start with the small things. When were your spark plugs last changed i've seen cars with the same symptoms that just needed the plugs changed.

Might be the switch inside the key that's came off it's quite common and you can get it soldered back on if you find it or Renault sometimes have some. The immobiliser shouldn't be affected with the central locking not working. Saying that though my immobiliser started playing up about a month...

Cheers for the reply. Do you mean the connectors that plug into the clusters shorting? They are were quite corroded picked up one new one today and still both sides seem to do it. Will keep that in mind though new or used?

1st problem does sound like your brake fluid why not check it? Second one sounds like the lambda sensor
