I've found heat guns quite effective in the past, but I guess some work better than others. Petrol ftw when cleaning it up though, works better than anything else.

They're lovely. The 2012-18 Vanquish was also stunning. All of the recent ones are a bit of a mess to my eyes. That said, most stuff is the same now. Pretty much every manufacturer is producing worse looking cars than it was 10-15 years ago.

They were a 1.8, about 55bhp. My mate's parents' had one, it was horrendous.

We drove past it, as you can see it when you drive into the circuit. I think it's only open from 8am to 3pm or something, so not ideal for a track evening. It's a shame they don't open later as, aside from a weekend cars and coffee type deal, I can't imagine they get much custom on weekdays...

How much does it cost to do the clutch on one of these out of interest?

Oh yeah, didn't notice the sunroof. Probably not a motorsport shell then, as fitting a sunroof seems a bit of a ballache. As you say, probably just made up from bits. Good way to own one in a way, as it means you can use it without having to be so precious!
