Eml will come on for a number of faults this doesn't point to an injector..... As above said it could be coil pack, injector, or plugs. Needs to be diagnosed properly, these Renault petrol engines are always a little lumpy. It's recommended that the sport models were run in higher octane fuel also.

We do them at the place I work. Renault specialist in Llandeilo if that's any help. But my advice would always be to change the kit as well. But its up to the customer in the long run
Did you lock the engine up in place when timing for the belt, if so then should be all ok. Perhaps an injector has gone down? Have you got any diagnostic equipment?
No Renault have a programme called ICM which tells you all of the vehicles details like key cut code and build data etc. You don't need to order one through Renault even though they might tell you that.
Just cut and solder both airbag connectors firstly..... Then as above get it read on clip (Renault diagnostic) and see what permanent. You won't be just to plug the airbag ecu in as this is coded to the vehicle, using diag above.
Its worth getting the tdc that comes with the loom, i would be inclined to change it rather than just clean it. Most of the time its the connection. But strange how it does not prime, the fuel pump has nothing to do with the tdc in the regard to ignition on state. There are three relays under...
Don't know much about the aftermarket immobiliser you have, do you know how to remove it without causing any issues? If you do that then try it as robc says. If it still doesn't start let me know, an ill see if we can run through it to help you. I can also send you some fault charts if that will...

You can get a auto locksmith out to make you a key an then programme it to the car.
I have Renault key programming software but not the key cutting kit. You can get the key cut code off Renault main dealer an just have it cut. You would then need the plip coded to the car for the immob to work...
I seen a few faults on this forum that I think are to do with the uch so I thought this would help.
The uch is a computer linked into your cars ecu, this controls things like wipers, lights, locks etc. There are a few common things that could point to the uch being faulty like lights behaving...
There's not a way of checking it 100% apart from stripping it an checking for visual damage. I would put good money on your fault being that though. I've taken some pics today of how to remove an check and I will post a thread when I get home on how to do this. Also adding some other interesting...
