Just spotted this thread while searching for something else. Yes he is quite an old guy - his family owned the York House Hotel - which he sold for a pot of gold that's where the YHH part of his private plate comes from. He bought my MK1 172 then part ex'd it a few years later for the Trophy.

hehe it is a bit of a toy, very revy and sticks to the road like the proverbial sticky stuff. It has done a 0-60 in 6.4s and a 1/4 mile in 13.5 , however that was the bit of road that plod clocked me on, so I am always a bit more careful.

So as I mucked it up my wife is not able to bring her car, unless a club member asks for an extra club pass. She has a ticket, it is just the stand pass that she needs. So if anybody is still going to order there tickets could you order an extra stand pass, and let me know.

Just had my 24K done by Mike and not only was it £100 cheeper than my Renault dealer wanted but he gave me a lift into town and picked me up and washed my car too. He also sorted out my survice and airbag lights and realined my excorst too. This is a top bloke and suporting him is the one way...
