Not sure, haven't taken the box out yet to look. Has a big hole in the casing and broken bevel gears from diff. If my current gearbox is still good assuming it was just the diff that blew, could I swap the diff from the box I just bought onto my current box? (Edit: And would it be difficult?)

Nope, I've tried every possible position. I dont want to put too much force on it but I am putting alot, doesn't budge. There is a point where I push it in and move it in one direction it engages into something? I see the selector at 5th gear move but it doesnt go in gear and input shaft still...

Took that off to see if the selector rods were moving at all, they can a tiny bit.

That is true, I kinda pointed out the obvious. Anyway yeah, I cant select any gears by moving the selector with my hand so I'm worried aha.
