^^^^i had that mate, I reset the router, uninstalled, hard reset to clear cache, then reinstalled. That didn't work lol! I then came home late one night and thought f**k or I'll try it and it worked.
Dont worry about the gearbox. Mines done about 20 track days and Im just about to replace my box at 88k. But only because i want to refresh it. I found a brand new box for £348. So its not the end of the world. I wouldnt worry that its been on track either, it looks well cared for and thats all...

Wont a meg box have longer ratios though which would hamper acceleration? To be honest youll be ok with a 197 box. Think this will be a cracker of a project! :)

Not sure mate on tb size. I dont think theres a lot in it if anything, it isnt very big. The 250 inlet was what i wanted mainly. From what i gather the clio 200/ meg 250 blocks are basically the same, so was a no brainer to get the 250 manifold.
