Yes Im a girl. Ive always had an interest in anything technical and was inspired by my grandad who was an incredibly clever man. He had a workshop at the bottom of his garden where he built small steam engines and inventions and I would spend afternoons watching and helping. Also my great uncle was a stunt man, most notably as a driver in the James Bond films, which would account for my dare devil antics whilst driving my car. I started tinkering about with cars 15 years ago and soon went to college to become a qualified mechanic. My interest has always been fault finding and diagnostics, a unit I passed with distinction on completion of my studies. After being made redundant from my job at Renault a couple of years ago I decided to go back to being a student and started a Bsc Hons degree in software development, witha view to working as a developer in the software side of the automotive industry. In my spare time I build computers, work on my car, drive for the fun of it. I love anything technical or gadgety.
