Out of interest @Brigsy where did you get your Wiseco tapered piston ring compressor from? I assume the pistons are slightly smaller on the R5s? Clio/Megane pistons are 82.7mm , I presume I would have to get the 83mm version?
Yes you have to be careful as there are many different grades of crimping lug, you obviously need the right tool for the job which you're now getting!!

Nice little home for it @SharkyUK I would suggest getting some decent lighting in there, TBH two single four foot fluorescents aint gonna cut!! You will really want some decent lighting, if you weren't so far away I'd do it for you ?
