O/S front wheel juddering under load

@JamesBryan I appreciate what you are saying but it doesn't feel or act like any wheel bearing failure I've had before, if it was the bearing making that vibration I would expect to be picking up bits of metal or probably the wheel and hub as it bounces off down the track :) @STEVE.M, thank...

O/S front wheel juddering under load

Still in, not had time to dismantle yet and would rather get any necessary new bits before doing so, although I understand this might not be possible.

O/S front wheel juddering under load

Definitely not wheelnuts. It only happened when the wheel was fully loaded through a left hand corner, I wasn't about to fully lift off to see if the noise stopped but reasonable throttle adjustments made no difference to the noise. I didn't swap wheels around, but that is because I really...

O/S front wheel juddering under load

So, went to Rockingham yesterday and, despite being the slowest and scruffiest car out there, we had a great time, however during the morning we started to get a juddering from the front o/s wheel around pif-paf and gracelands and occasionally turn one, which really affected confidence. It...

    Renault Clio Project

    Renault Clio Project

The new driver act has made it a real issue if you do get caught without full insurance...

Will you be able to afford the insurance for a modified vehicle if your budget is so tight? Or is that not a question that's asked around here?

    Thoughts on wheels

Looks like an upside down Duracell... whether that's a good or bad thing I'm not sure. I've seen plenty far worse.

    Picked up my 172 today

Aye I am, but thanks for the advice. I know a few people who have ended up with loads of hassle and long term problems following a scaphoid break. I also ride a motorbike and it's my right wrist so I really don't want to have any restriction of movement. Ended James Toseland's racing...

    Picked up my 172 today

Forgot to say the car already has Cliosport stickers on it, so I guess one of the previous owners may still be on here.
