@JamesBryan I appreciate what you are saying but it doesn't feel or act like any wheel bearing failure I've had before, if it was the bearing making that vibration I would expect to be picking up bits of metal or probably the wheel and hub as it bounces off down the track :)

Indeed, happened to my sister-in-law (for two speeding offences, on the same day), getting insurance afterwards was an expensive business as a new driver with six points!

And as long as you're declaring your modifications and are fully insured that's good too, certainly for the first two years. The new driver act has made it a real issue if you do get caught without full insurance...
