Hey man long time no see. Afraid not, had someone else asking about them recently aswell. Think bilstein will manufacture them to spec. Pm me if you need any help with the rsport casing refs.
These were my thoughts too - seems a pretty risky solution.
Thats the same as the x65 Mark. Just a regular 90° fitting with a ferrule to crimp it on.
Fair play, made some decent progress with it all Mark - top effort mate! Just need to keep up the momentum and get her up & running.
I forgot about the fuel line photo. Will try remember for tomorrow sorry mate.
Is that fuel line on the pump union just secured with a hose tidy jubilee clip?
Yes mate no problem, i had to send the other guys the earlier version as the latest one was too large a file size to email. They're essentially the same though.
Fire over your email in a pm and i'll sort it out when i next get on the laptop. The parts catalogue is just the same as the one i...
Yes i have an empty shell that i can get a photo from.
I cant remember the shape of floor pan on the megane for the two plates that clamp onto the carpet but its alao anoter option for you.
I think the problem you will have is your arch is already raised, so whatever you mount up will stand...
They look to be a lovely bit of kit. May be interested in your old ones...
Not sure RE switching them around sorry. Is it worth giving Pure a call to get a feel for the magnitude of the cumulative effect from moving the hub pivot forward? I'm guessing ackermann/bump besides the...
I will see about getting a photo Gerben. You could always do similar to the Megane 2.0 as this has two metal plates riveted together with the carpet between them. I think I have one I may be able to sell you if it sounds of interest, I'll check.
Wouldn't know about the geometry, but have seen they're sided. There should be small marks on the TREs, one mark for rhs and two marks for lhs as per the build manual (36-5). Are you using the pure adjustable w/bones now?
Can you not use the Carbon foot rest or is your car still in road trim with carpets etc? Not sure the RHD mount would fit as there's a bracket welded to the shell that the plastic foot rest screws onto.
Don't you have the wheel arch to rest your foot on?
Ah right fair play, guessing someone had just riveted it to hold it in place ready to weld. New plate looks tidy, good effort.
Are you just stripping out the silver shell or did it get damaged?
