    Nurburgring visit - need help!

Not for all of us, I’m a pro and have never seen a set of tail lights.

    Nurburgring visit - need help!

The police are cracking down on the road based twattery which is good, I’ve seen cars being seized which will hopefully help a bit. Horrible to see as it’s all UK cars being dickheads, no wonder we’re hated. Frustrates and embarrasses me, but other people won’t ruin how much I enjoy it personally.

Im not saying you’re in the wrong at all mate, I don’t know the circumstances so not lecturing you, just giving my opinions overall. Glad it was a close call and nothing more for you. If you go back adjust the days and do a weekday evening (not Friday!) and you’ll enjoy it like you’d never...

    Nurburgring visit - need help!

Just got to have your eyes on stalks front and rear, gauge how quickly someone is catching and try to acknowledge and move safely. Unless you’re walking pace being hunted by a pro in a GT3RS there should be plenty of time nearly everywhere on track to see headlights closing well in advance...

    Nurburgring visit - need help!

It’s also nowhere near as bad as people make out, most are respectful and the ones that aren’t just get out of the way asap and don’t get in some drama Just because you don’t want to be over taken. If you get held up then just chill out and forget about the pace. If you drive within your...

    Nurburgring visit - need help!

Doing a lap round the ring is probably one of the best things I’ve ever done, i f**king love it more than I can explain. If you hit a busy lap then you just have to take it steady and enjoy the scenery, experience and accept you maybe can’t push like you want. I’ve done probably 6 trips and...

    The new tool thread

it definitely fits all the way in just just need to lean forwards at the right second. Keeps it safe from other people at work borrowing it. I went up to 9 as I was worried 10 was going to feel too much. Without any leverage it took a lot to even get 9! Will try tomorrow on a bolt on something...

    The new tool thread

@dann2707 @Flob worked like a charm ladies 😎😎 handy little tool to be honest. Ended up having the cover counterbore machined down slightly so the bolt would go deeper, meaning I didn’t need to risk f**king up a helicoil. Was terrified doing them up!

That looks pretty much perfect for me mate thanks, will probably do a buy on this. Access is fine but this just keeps things concentric, I like a bit of concentricity!

    The new tool thread

It’s for my engine casings on my Panigale, annoyingly yesterday for a long winded reason I managed to snap some threads out so now I’ve got to f**k about helicoiling it which I’m not looking forward to. Thanks mate. I’ve got up to 20, 20-120, 120-300 wrenches but at such low torque with torx...

    The new tool thread

Does anyone have, or is there such thing as a torque screwdriver? I have some 10nm bolts going into an Ali casting and it’s awkward positioning with a torque wrench so I’d much prefer going in line.

    Power Tool Perverts

Bought this little beauty, successfully removed some concrete 14mm in diameter with great repeatability.

    Zinc plating

If they’re structural bolts make sure they get hydrogen de-embrittled. Most platers ‘should’ know that.
