@dann2707 @Flob worked like a charm ladies 😎😎 handy little tool to be honest. Ended up having the cover counterbore machined down slightly so the bolt would go deeper, meaning I didn’t need to risk f**king up a helicoil. Was terrified doing them up!

That looks pretty much perfect for me mate thanks, will probably do a buy on this. Access is fine but this just keeps things concentric, I like a bit of concentricity!
