If there is a problem with the lambda sensor reading effecting emissions, I doubt it would be the back box? Surely it would be by the cat or secondary cat? The lambda sensor is at the front. I had my backbox modified and altered and never had a problem, I also removed my secondary cat and also...
Make sure you get the correct one. some of the cup spoilers use a standard clio spoiler, not an rs spoiler. For example my low cup spoiler used a standard spoiler as its base, because the side panels are separate where the rs spoiler is all in one.
