Very hard to find the right 135deg elbow for 197 head. Now the 197 inlet is possible to be used :)

Just finish the fuel rail end for adding fuel regulator. Replace the seal on a steering pump and polish a bit the shaft on the seal end. Port a bit more the 197 inlet for adding 65mm tb. Not a must , but I have a brand new 65mm tb

New cambelt kit for turbo engine And black intercooler. I know it is not that effective, but will look great. I choose Gates cambelt kit because of the metal idler pulley instead of plastic.

Hope everyone is home and safe. Paint some parta for a better engine bay look. Some strange thing, the aux pulley does not have rubber inside, it does have metal bush and acts like a fixed pulley. That one was on my previous engine and done around 40k miles without issues and using aircon.

    Jekyll's RB182 Progress Thread

Even if the metal is treated (coated) by threading it a couple of times, the metal will have some points without treatment and by having them a little longer, dust and sand from road will cause bare metal spots and rust will appears.

They failed at connector and loose the brake completely. He was in the parking, so it was...as fine as it could.

Well you are right, because at max turn, the hit the damper and wear down the seal. Now I have them for 225 calipers and are fine, a little longer due to banjo connector. I forgot about the last ones.

Interesting, one friend does use them on e megane and they failed. I have in Romania a friend who has all the assembly line and make for me custom ones, they hold up fine. Maybe he is more careful...
