Will say on the sticker on the side of the machine im pretty sure. In fairness, the type 3 has been out a while now as they pulled the type 2 because of its issues. So its most likely a type 3

Out of that selection id go with the Megs stuff purely because ive seen it work pretty well. The one thing you wanna watch for is residue control. If its single stage paint that heavily oxidised your pads will clog pretty fast. Either blow them out or use a pad brush after each set. Id recommend...

That machine is a beast ! Ive had mine since it was first released and i love it. It can get a bit heavy with a 5ah battery but the power it has is amazing. Being cordless means its really useful for doing roofs as well. I approve of your purchase :)

Let me know how you find it. Rubber trims give me nightmares. But as i said, a good clean up will work wonders. The same trick applies to remove browning from tires if normal cleaning methods dont work

Clean them up first by using some tar remover on a cloth. Just needs a drop on an old microfibre. Lightly wipe it over the rubber to remove some of the dead crap on the surface. Make sure to wash it off and then use a water based all purpose dressing on them. Let it soak in, give it another coat...

Best things ever made for cleaning interiors. I use them with a bit of apc and some steam. They can clean everything, plastics, steering wheels, fabrics, leather. Also found them quite good for tyres and trims once they have reached end of life for interior. Id also recommend the scrubber gloves...
