Looking at the list of cars these quickshifts fit, the Clio, R5 GTT, and Megane all seem to have the same part number, does anyone here know whether it would fit the 19 16v as well (even though the 19 isnt listed)?
Any help here would be greatly appreciated guys (and gals).
Excellent, you found a dodgy MOT place. ;)
Seriously though, a number of cars could pass the emmisions section of the MOT without their cat fitted, but part of the test is supposed to be a visual check of the cat.
Can I ask a quick question?
When you were stopped, did you basically agree to this 96mph deal, because if you did then you may well find that your own admission of guilt at the time will seriously hamper any attempt to get away with it now.
Yeah, obviously with the same lump in a bigger car the 19 is going to be a little slower than the clio.
Its still quick though (when driven in the know), and it does handle well.
I think the total kerb weight of a 19 16v is around 1115kg, how does that compare with the clios?
tomclio1.2 class d amps sound s*it compared to class a?
Like you say, perhaps on full range, but used to power a sub I doubt you would hear any deficiency.
matt go for the amp which matches the subs best, i.e an output equal to the subs rated input at the subs lowest resistance, plus a...
Mmmmm Williams conversion.
Its a damn shame the conversion is so pricey (what with Williams lumps commanding so much cash), but I cant help feeling its almost as big a shame that it means a genuine Clio Williams has bitten the dust.
torsiontuning, is that a gtt lump in an rt or similar?
Cool, a friendly forum then:D
Chuckie, I know what you mean about Max Power, what a rag. Novas and Corsas all with neons and Nawwwssss.:(
Still just think, the fast and the furious 2 is out soon, so the second wave of coffee table wearing, neon lit s*it-boxes cant be far away. :o
Wow...
Oooh have you actually got a Williams 19 then?:o
If so, did you buy it like that, or did you have the conversion done yourself?
Glad to see another 19 owner on here.
Hello all. I just registered fo the forum, and thought Id say a first hello.
I have a 19 16v (N reg), I know its not a clio, but a close relation right so...
Id also like to ask wether there are many (any) other 19 owners on here, perhaps a show of hands?
Later all,
Rich.
