Ask your mechanic to call Mick at Diamond and see if he can help. Otherwise its probably best to get the car to a Renault specialist for further diagnosis.

What diagnostic tool has he got? Does it have any codes?

I wouldn't say it was low. Even with the seats at their lowest position, you still sit pretty high. Easy to get in and out of.

Had a go in this earlier. We really enjoyed it tbf. The back seats are pretty cramped but apart from that it was pretty good. Would be an ideal second car.

I would also recommend running a fuel cleaner treatment through a tank and use super if you don't already.

Does it do lots of short journeys? You can also treat it like a DPF regen and sit in 3/4th at 70 to get it hot.

If it's under warranty just let them replace it and change the state of charge then it's a future you problem.
