I have an rbc intake decat manifold teg m intake and k100 mapped by romain its dynoed at near 230 peak . But its the midrange where it all happens lowered vtec point and longer rev limit really does make that difference . Dont think id own another k20 honda without kpro/k100

Brembo hc discs ,ferodo ds2500 , hel lines and superblue fluid is what i run mate and its perfect for daily mate ! Mix it with ad08s and its even better
Awesome spec serious dollar gone into that ! Get the titan itb setup that tdi north are working on would sail to 300bhp with a few tweeks . Or even there turbo street kit is insane !

Bought myself some pro race 1.2 wheels yesterday at a ridiculously low price . With new tyres so worth the punt . Fitted one on the ep3 and they dont look right which is a shame as there lovely wheels . Heres the pic
