Let me speak to Avi and Andy from CarPro tomorrow for you and see what they suggest we try next. A Fairy 'strip' should help but let me see what they can suggest too please before proceeding.
I'm really not a Gold Class fan to be honest. I'd use something like GTechniq G-Wash or Auto Finesse Lather which are free of any 'waxes' or 'gloss enhancers' which can form a top layer of 'protection' over whatever you have on your car. GC is quite aggressive as is Magifoam but neither should...
Very odd indeed. If you could email me some pics after washing I'd appreciate it and we'll go from there. As stated by others please don't let this put you 'off' Finest in any way as it really is a superb product which is why we use it and back it. We'll get this sorted for you.
Also if it is the coating then ill send you a bottle of Reload down to keep it protected until we can get down to you, but it will be a priority. Are the vertical panels behaving in the same way? That way we can identify if its the coating/bottle or an application issue.
Honestly its no problem at all, I want it to live up to your expectations and I'm not comfortable with a car being out there not protected as it should be and an unhappy customer. We've done a few cars with Finest recently and seen them all back and all are performing as they should be so I can...
Sorry for the delayed reply. If the coating has failed ill come down to you and reapply for you free of charge. This is very unusual and not an issue I've seen before. As said it looks like tree sap possibly? Either way ill sort it for you.
Regarding stone chips, sanding will certainly remove...
We recently held an open session for a few of the Auto Finesse Sponsored cars to prepare their vehicles for Ultimate Dubs at our unit in Walsall, which isn't too far from where UD13 was hosted in Telford, away from the poor weather and rain at the time. As part of this day, I helped Emma...
Thanks all :)

At this point we were ready to begin applying the protection to the paintwork. CarPro's Eraser was used to cleanse the paintwork of any polishing oils to ensure the coating will bond correctly:

The frankly brilliant CQuartz Finest was used on the TTRS - Finest...
I've been looking forward to this one for a while - a stunning Ibis White Audi TTRS with some very special touches! I'm a huge TTRS fan after the Dolphin Grey one we detailed early last year and it looks particularly fresh in Ibis. The was also to be my first published CQuartz Finest detail -...
Firstly please allow me to apologise for the lack of write ups from us recently - those of you who follow us on Facebook will see that we've been somewhat swamped recently with work so write ups have had to take a back seat for a little while but I'm keen to get back into the habit of posting...
I wouldn't bother with a snow foam either - it won't shift that effectively. G101 is good at cleaning but its nasty stuff in reality so ensure its rinsed off thoroughly if you go down that route. I'd go with Citrus Power as suggested or something like Britemax Grimeout
