Rear inside door interior

Clio 3 door passenger panel
Hi, was wondering if anyone could help me ,my Clio 3 door rear passenger has a big dent and Scruffs on it ,was wondering is there any way you can access the dents through the inside ? Or get a new whole panel ? I know you can get the quarter panel and weld it ,apart from that is there any other...- samzsamd
