I last weighed it at 920kg with trimmed out metal panels. Since then it's had the composite doors, bonnet, boot, boot floor and also quite a weight saving with the brake discs and calipers. I need to weigh it again but it has to be getting close to 800kg
Oh wow thank you. It's means a lot to...
Oh wow, that video is great. I'm never organised enough to setup a camera, thank you.
Remember you being quite the peddler on track last year, fair doos.
Yeah the clio is a 1.8t with a gripper. It's probably around 315bhp at 18psi. It's built to run more, but I dont think theres a need...
Thank you, and thanks for closing my door😀. It was good to speak to you, it’s always good to meet the person vs the username, and I normally get it wrong.
Big thanks to the organisers, another top day.
I know I have chased a few issues in the past and they've turned out being the tyres.
I have a noisy pair of Pilot sports on my daily at the moment, but this is due to being just about at the wear limit.
I think you can get them in different materials/construction depending on there intended use. Mine are heavy compared to the second stlye.
I'll weigh them (with tyres). I would expect 4+ kg heavier
Like 2118, you can get mag ones which were light. The 2118 everyone runs around on now, are heavy.
The front is a 200/58 slick, which I think is more like a 215 road tyre ?
Rear was 205/50 A052, which seem to come out chunky.
Front is spaced 20mm rear spaced 13mm.
I would estimate the first style is similar weight to to an oz F1 9kg ish. The second style in 8" are close to the evo corse Weight.
I have both styles. The top style flowformed? are heavy.
The bottom style that pms sell are light.
I have a pair of the top stlye in 7" width. And the bottom in 8".
Track car, the pictures is with 8" all round, wheels spaced, with wide tyres so maybe not the look you want.
What width wheels do you use? 210/575/15 is wide, you'll need a 9" rim
Most use a 180/58 on a 7" rim.

Here's a picture of my 200/58 on 8" rims.
I run AST on the front although with Laguna hubs and some other mods so I can't tell you the difference to caster on there own.
I'm pretty confident you would have enough adjustment to go max caster and still exceed your desired camber.
I really don't get why people fit these mounts and then...
