Seen a set on a E90 estate just recntly and thought they do look good, also thinking about putting a set on my 197, put them on! I bet it would look great!

update, its not SC 5P, its a new tire, SC5, I've got a set ordered, will let you all know how they perform on the 197 once I get them fitted, not sure when they arrive yet and also have a refurb going on, so I guess should be put on the car within two weeks,

wasnt there an engine tweak in the 200 ? iirc it is not just a remap that gets the extra torque and bhp... anyway I own one of the first 197s, built in june 2006, a non-cup as it was not yet available at the time, its my daily driver and although I must admit I could use some extra stiffness...

I'd leave the lip anthracite and make the bumper plate black or coded, I guess the 20th edition comes out that way, black bumper plate and anthracite lip, that looks good for me...

that C4 stuff works wonders, well on the video at least, I am going to give it a try as my 197s grills are also faded... if that works I am going to be really pleased! anyone tried any other of their stuff?

just found out that they have launched a 215 45 17 size and will definitely purchase them for my 197, the CSC3 were very good on the clio and I wouldnt take the risk of getting any other tire tbh, the yokohama's I used for a while were extra stiff and that decreased the comfort to pretty good on...

that is top job ! I'd get it polished so you dont see the signs of drilling, then you could get anodized and it would look great!

yeah I made one hell of a riot at the renault bodyshop, and everybody hates me at that place now :) but it still didnt help at all, they are not receiving refunds for badges from the renault poland, and renault poland told me that they have resprayed the boot so basically their work is done...

arent you helpful :dapprove: I took it back long time ago , they took the badge off on my request at the time, the Renault Poland does not deliver a new badge with a warranty respray so there is no more "taking it back" possible, but thanks for ALL the POSITIVE FEEDBACK :eek: best wishes to...

Hi there, thought I'd post it up so you could all be prepared that if you have a corrosion on the boot thats what you'll end up with :( so if anyone has got the original cardboard template I would more than likely be willing to pay for postage and return it after I have the badge properly...

awesome looking car! get a set of winter tyres though :) the 197 is sooo amazing in the snow with them on, I got 205 50 17 dunlop m3 and its just great, could go for the 215 45 but the rally geeks as myself say that narrower is better in the snow ;) and its even pretty good when no snow and...
