I will try to look into that alternator pulley but I'm sure my mate changed it when he had the car. No aircon. It also does it on tick over sometimes. So it's not directly related to the amount of revs on all of the time

Not been on in a while. Just nipped on to see if anyone could shed some light. I have a 51 plate 1.5 dci 65 recently at between 1900 and 2000 revs it has generated a metallic rattle and I cannot find what it is. Has anyone else suffered a similar thing?
Does it have to be the same part number as what is originally on the vehicle to work?
I know i will have to swap ECU and transponder too.
Also is mileage stored on the clocks?
