got all 4injectors refurbed and it was fine. 2 were worse than others but chose to get them all done In one hit as it was quite likely that the other two would go.

Need to update this! Will be a big update soon as she is coming back on the road after being declared sorn during the winter months. Few more little trick things have gone on.

Encase anyone has the same problem I ended up refurbing all 4 injectors. 1 went and about 2-3 weeks later so did the other 3

big thanks to HMS-Derv-Destroyer for sending me out his spare pump and injector rail thingy. Ended up getting the number 3 injector reconditioned and the car has been running like a dream since. Only thing I have noticed is that im struggling to get above 54mpg and most of my commute to work...

That's not too bad then I thought they were a lot more money than that how comes you never sent it back?

If it's cheap then I would do it too lol i might have to give that a go. Any particular brand? What do you use? i was surprised too as normally most people that have all the bits I have also have the cruise control wiring. If I need to swap the looms I doubt I'll be doing it tbh. Getting lazy lol

Once I got rid of the garden hose as connecting pipe and used the proper coolant pipes mine was blinding too. I think the garden hose was collapsing on itself. Anyway glad its all sorted for you now

Just read through this and sweet jesus the car has transformed. Definitely one of the best reps I have seen hats off to you. I was planning to do all the 172 rep bits but after doing the seats I gave up. Plus mine is platinum (I think which isn't a RS colour) so I didn't fancy buying the parts...
