I've got a set of v Maxx coilovers sitting here waiting to be fitted, but I was wondering what parts I need to keep from the old shocks? And also how much would do you recommend I lower them by? The car is a mk2 ph2 if that's any use. any help would be much appreciated! Cheers :)

Has anyone ever tried painting there bumper strips satin black? mine are quite faded and i dont want to colour code as i think the black seperates the silver of my car nicely. Any advice on this would be great!

Hi all, I basically have an oil leak around my rocker cover so I need to replace the gasket. I was wondering how I would go about removing the rocker cover? And also which gasket would I need, I have a 1.2 16 valve 2003 model. thanks Cameron

Hi, basically my car paint code (632) isn't a standard colour so I have to get it mixed which costs more! I was wondering what the closest colour to that is that I don't have to get mixed. thanks!
