Whatever you choose make sure it's reversible, the Halfords/Norbar ones are great for this as you can push the drive through and torque LH threaded bolts.
The black nut? Just un twists by hand, the lamp casing just has plastic clips that feels like they will snap because Renault but you don't need any tools from memory :)
Mine does this about every 12 months, have to take the unit apart and clean up the contacts. Some say the earth point causes the same fault by my earths were all mint.
Is the pump for the headlamp washers the same? RPD say you can use 2 of the 90 deg washer pumps for a 182 but I thought the inlet was straight for one of them? https://renaultpartsdirect.co.uk/parts/exterior-parts/renault-clio-172-182-washer-pump/
182 offset is ET45, those wheels will stick out 11.4mm more than standard and be closer to the strut by 1.4mm if that helps... TBH I'd sack the 16's off and fit 15's, I've been daily driving my 182 for 11 years and only recently fitted 15's, drives 10 times better!
