Clio 172 Cheap Upgrades ?

Clio 172 Cheap Upgrades ?
Hey, i am looking to get a clio sport or cup 172, 53 plate in october ! Got a nice quote for only being 22(under 800). What sorta cheapish upgrades could I do ? Heard that alot of the air filters you loose power ? Post your list of ideas with prices thanks, Oh also i want my car to pass MOT's...- Tnuc
