Not much to report lately, just been collecting some small bits for the build.
Managed to pick up a lever bias valve and 3 chamber reservoir that had been mounted but never used at decent price.
Also got a brake hold/line lock solenoid for the rears when on the grid as done have a handbrake...

Fittings arrived this week to make a start on the fuel lines and get the last oil line finished but like always what you think is right never actually is 🤦🏻♂️

Things have been slow going again lately with building cages and moving house.
Slight bit of progress yesterday though getting the Laminova mounted and the oil lines done. (One fitting short of finishing them 🤦🏻♂️)

You're probably right I could of got away with something like that but wanted to try bolt from the spacer into the inlet manifold as per the standard.
Plus as Mark said #becauseracecar weight saving and all that 😂
Designed like that because they need to be like that mate.
The straight spacers that was in before put the trumpets nearly touching the bonnet. And the taper is to go from the 50mm bodies down to the inlet manifold
Time for a bit of an update then.
Tweaked the design for the angled spacers and put them out for quotes to be cnc'd
Wasn't really sure what to expect with the bore having a sweep and a taper but quotes came back ranging from £224 each 😬😬 to £98 each 😬 (still a bit of a sting)
