It's at the end of outlet manifold, on top of it, just before (from the engine perspective) the elastic joint. It's below the intake manifold. It's at first hardly visible from below the vehicle, look thoroughly
Look at the picture...
Auxiliary question then: in which component, UCH (inside the car underneath the dash) or Siemens Sirius (in the engine bay) is the "ECU" located? ie when some app says "connecting to ECU" which of those two it connects to? Which of them have circuits that allow live engine parameters or DTC...
Well not necessarily, it could be anywhere. Did you measure the voltage on those pins You bridged?
Few things to check:
+voltage as in above question
+check if there's a ground on the fan plug (on one of the pins)
+check if there's connection (with multimeter) between one of the fan plugs and...
Imposibble, injection system would't work with only one oxygen sensor past the cat. The first and main CO2 sensor is at the outlet manifold, just below inlet's manifold casing.
Dunno, find a proper manual to figure that out.
By checking the relays I meant testing if their coils are ok (google should give you a good basis on how to check a relay).
On each coil there is a scheme, if you are able to read it you can short circuit appropriate pins in the relay socket to...
You should try doing exactly as I advised, disconnecting coolant sensor while engine is running won't trigger fan start, you have to switch ignition off, disconnect, then turn ignition/engine on. If afterwards fan is not spinning then you can be sure something's rotten. In my Clio those two...
Are U sure colant temp reached the point where the fan turns on (99stC on K4J, on Sport probably the same)? If unsure do the following: turn off ignition, disconnect coolant temp sensor (located at the thermostat casing), turn on ignition or even start engine - now the fan should turn on...
Hello
I'd like to ask for some tips investigating a problem concerning link establishing to car's ECU via ODB in 2002 Clio 2 phase 2 K4J with Sirius 34 ECU (EOBD compliant).
For a month or so, since buying interface, i've been using an ELM327 bluetooth interface with Torque app quite a lot...
