Bonnet is not mint so it doesn’t bother me.

If i ever revert back to a standard bonnet i would rather spend the money saved on f**king around with latches to get the bonnet done properly.

The flamer was pretty “mint” and well
Installed bonnet catches didn’t ruin it imo.

But as others have said, they need to be well installed in the right position (to ensure they sit in the bonnet line well) and the OEM aerocatches.

Last photo shows positioning of the pins.

I looked into this and very nearly did it.

But because they’re “moving” body parts / regularly used, I was worried about them chipping and looking s**t.

The silver of the key / lock will also always be silver.

Could get them wrapped instead, surely there is a vinyl close to RB. The key lock wouldn’t be that noticeable on light blue compared to black I’d imagine.
