right got my engine 1.8 16v in my 5 today all wired up and when i start it it will run for about 3 seconds then cuts out i dont have a idle control valve but i borrowed one from a mate and it still does the same any ideas on what it could be i have heard there i about 7 different types of idle...

will a renault 5 turbo fuel pump be enough to fuel a 1.8 16v

i was thinking that, the engine is in a 5 so i think it might have to be chopped into the 5 loom
