rev problem appears after engine gets warm. any other ideas?

hi there. have a clio mk1 172 with decat, 60 mm widened exhaust pipes, cai and muffler. till now car was ok but for the last weeks feel like its not going as good as before. and sometimes rev limits at 6500 but should be at 7250? feels like somthing wrong at high revs... we checked pulley...
