    windscreen wiper problem

    we had a bit of snow last nite,went out this morning thought the arms were okay for the snow on the front windows! sadly there was too much snow and the arms only moved several inches till they stopped.Now the arms will wash n wipe the area but stop half way down the window instead of parking...

    ive driven some cars but how the heck does the wiper rubber blade detach from the plastic arm?? its very hard/tight and dont want to snap the arm?? yes its my day 2 day £325 runner but still need to maintain it:approve:
