Hi folks i got a 172 with a bad missfire, it also pops now and then, the missfire(jerks) is there all the time low or high revs(makes me sick) Some times it even cuts out if i stop suddenley... I have had the plugs changed then decided to take it to a garage to get it diagnosed and it popped...

Just had it back........new alternator sorted it;)(hopefully) £160+ fitting:cry:

I phoned them earlier and they want £15+ and insurance + logbook and another form of identification.....may as well throw in the Wife as well:rasp:

thanks all..changer the battery and it started first time however the only lights on now are the stop and battery:dapprove:........does it need to be reset or is somthing else wrong ps plus now need stereo code
