Checked the pads and they are all ok, no leaks either, the abs light is on now as well, tried to reset it with his OBDII but it not showing any fault codes..???:banghead:
Was driving to work last night and my brake and stop light flashed on for a few seconds, then driving home from work and thet are on constantly now. I have checked the fluid level and it was fine, have also checked the plunger thing on the cap and that moves ok to..??? anyone have any ideas..:(
I would def get your seats/seat runners/rollcage looked at. I have been looking through the Ringers forum and they look like the hot items. That said alot of people seem to be saying it will be like the db restrictions i.e dont stand out/take the piss and you should be ok.....
Not meaning to throw a spanner in the works but if your planning to take this car when it`s finished to the Ring, have you seen all the latest posts on www.nurburgring.org concerning all the TUV changes that everyones going on about, if not best have a look. The seats are top notch but not sure...

Hi, Hope this may help a few people..
Started off by having a clicking noise when turning (cv joints )
This then developed in clicking when pulling away in a straight line also ( driveshafts )
Checked driveshaft appeared to have some play in it gearbox end ( went to order one from renault...
Nearly as shocking as the crap that was over that side of the track due to several cars nearly coming off.....not about to risk my car to save 1sec....
This thread is getting a little long but if you work your way back you will see i have 300mm front disks.....15`s 16`s don`t fit, i had to go big so i went as big as i could.... i understand i lose a bit on acceleration but i was on the understanding i would gain a little top end(the wheels work...
6/6/2007 BD Engineering Newington....198bhp.....thats what the print out shows....yes the 18`s will slow it down but it looks better...as for the strut braces i fitted the front one first and it def made a difference..but the rear seems to have made no difference...
I have removed my standard Clio 172 Ph1 steering wheel and fitted a OMP steering wheel, as i now have no airbag the Airbag warning light is on as is the service light. does anyone know what to replace between the connections to the old airbag to knock out the warning light....
