    Both front wheels hard to turn when jacked up

    Hi All I've got a 54 plate clio182 but have noticed that both front wheels have some resistance (the same on each) when i try to turn them when jacked up, along with a noise when i turn them back and forth (a small clunking noise) could this the the drive shaft on each or the cv joints? car...
