Thanks for the link, I had spotted those too and definitely considered them, bit of a schlep to get them but can be done. Car's running standard suspension and I probably wouldn't bother so much if I was running a more road oriented tyre but I'm a big fan of the Yokos so they're staying put!
So I run 15" OZ F1's with Ad08r's fitted on my 182 and due to a fairly decent commute cross country most days would like to pick up some second hand winter/all season tyres for when it starts to get colder, have used them in the past and certainly felt the benefit to doing so. I currently run...
Thanks for the suggestions so far guys, will get in touch with both and see what they say. Something's definitely been done to it as in every other situation it's great and feels very strong it's just the low speed driving that lets it down so maybe just that aspect could be tweeked by someone...
So when I bought my 182 I was told it had a few things done to it including a 'remap'. No details were given about what remap it was exactly and having now lived with the car I can confirm it's s**t and makes the car undriveable in slow or stop start traffic. So my question is what's the easiest...
Was a couple of cars behind you earlier today from the roadworks in Leigh in my RB before turning off at the pub. First time I've seen a T in a while, makes me miss mine and reminded me just how 'right' they look
Used to live literally 2 seconds away from this when I owned my Trophy, always wanted a cheeky nose to nose shot but that never happened! Paintwork looked after by a detailing mate of mine, is tidy that's for sure.
Ok so just to update this a little, rev limit seems to be at an indicated 7500 on the tacho and below is my throttle body so I would guess the next step is to source a standard one and then see how it behaves with that fitted.

Pass on the redline, will try and get an idea when on my commute tomorrow and see where we are. Is it easy to revert back to a standard map? Otherwise I am tempted by an RSTuner setup but if the throttle body is different (how would I tell, again can take a pic tomorrow) then I guess it may...
So I've recently picked up another 182, the previous owner seems to think it's had a different inlet manifold fitted in the past and a remap to no doubt go along with that. Is there a way to find out for sure if this is the case? It doesn't have the 5k kick so I'm guessing there is something...
Thanks Marc, just confirms what others including Reno Wolverhampton have said over the phone, they were a little surprised that they didn't come complete with bushes etc. Well looks like I'll be having to go down the powerflex path, be nice if I can pick up a matching dust cover and top hat wotsit.
Hi guys, hoping someone can give me a quick answer to this. In the process of swapping over the rear shocks on my T however as you can see, I hope anyway from the pics, I had 2 different shocks fitted which I did know, one remaining Sachs which has failed and one unknown, cup possibly? My...
Nope wasn't me I'm afraid mate! I did see your 200 the other day parked outside the shop, looked really clean. Was going to stop and say hi if I'd seen you
I realise my previous post probably sounded a little stalkerish but doing the job I do and being into cars I tend to be a little nosey! I'm sure I'll be seeing you around more often then, I used to have a Nile 6 as my first 'proper' car nearly 10 years ago so have a soft spot for them, Petes...

Ahhhhhh, I did wonder tbh so gave a thumbs up too! Yeah local, live in Southborough but am a postie in Crow, often see the cars around E.D, I take it you used to live there? Are you mates with the guy that works at K & M, he's got a supercharged 6 hasn't he?
Yup that'll be me, work in Crowborough so you'll have seen it about. Is yours the one with Turinis (can't quite see your pic on my phone!) if so I've seen you around too.
I just bought one of the many that are listed on eBay, they seem to cover many different models and appear to be the same. This is the exact one I bought

Have now owned the car a little over a month so I thought it was about time to get a thread up about it to help document it's progress as much as anything. I wasn't really specifically in the market for a Trophy, I was initially looking at getting a regular 182, but I looked at a few and they...
Not long had my 182 FF so just slowly working my way around it getting little bits sorted. I noticed this the other day and was wondering what would be causing it.
I had the car up in the air today to raise it up a little as the O/S was catching the arch with a car load of people and couldn't...
