Yeah that's not our car and we moved away from Stockport over 3 years ago and haven't been over that way in some time! As Darren also mentioned, ours is an X-reg and it's still in our possession :)
haha, in hindsight I should probably have spent a bit more and got a 335d X-drive touring!
It's still nippy mate! More impressively it's still running, dare I say it, without issue :)
The m-lites are great, like miniature GT cars! Doesn't drive or handle like a hot hatch, but a great all rounder.
Not dyno'd it for ages. Was 349bhp with cams, removed those though and Paul mapped it again. Think it was around 330. Needs a suspension rebuild really, it's not ready for the...
It's certainly been a while!
We can't believe it either, it's still going strong, just need to use it a bit more! M140 is our sensible day to day car, moved away from Renaults as the Megane Sport touring concept didn't look like it would be made a reality anytime soon :( Enjoying RWD though...
We picked ours up last Friday, loving it so far. Totally different drive coming from a Megane 225. The body roll is taking some getting used to, but the engine is fantastic and the interior while not exciting is extremely high quality and well finished and just a nice place to be. Trying to...

Can anyone tell me if the Ph1 172 (2000 model) have cable or rod operated door handles, as I'm looking to replace these with black handles to match the rest of the interior.
I would remove the cards and just look myself, but it's an hours drive away!
Thanks! :)
Good luck with DUF good reg haha, mine is pretty awesome last four digits are 3 SUM!!!!
OP should get on WilliamsClio if he is looking to buy but don't think he will get Northy to part with any of his.
Nope not a word, was all a bit embarrassing leading him to my car with a group of French Renault people none of us able to understand. The only thing I understood was he said my car was very nice :)

I have a Ph 1 172 and a Williams (1) and I can confirm the seats are more comfortable, more supportive and a better sport seat in the Williams.
If you get a Williams get a proper one i.e a 1.
Mine is pretty mint and has cost a fortune to get there, be prepared to have a love hate...
