Interested in what you do for the phone/standard head unit. I have a tunepoint fitted, which gives me USB music via stalk, but that's it. I'd like to have the Bluetooth/mic to make calls but don't want a aftermarket head unit.
Great intro. Am looking forward to regular updates on this.
As we know, if a car is looked after, then mileage isn't a issue. There's a few clios on this site that are around or higher mileage than yours amd are good examples as there well maintained. Seen as your doing a good (mega) overhaul...
Gutted as its the best show for me as its more a social event than a car event.
But totally get it. Even if it did go ahead, it would be so restricted, that no one would enjoy it as much as previous years. This year I think will be that same as last year for stuff like this, but 2022 will be...
I'm looking for a new wheel brush. I need to replace my EZ wheel brush, but is the wheel woolies a proffered choice? Has anybody got experience with both?

I have this. Used for ages and still going with no breaks in the foam. I got mine from halfords when they did offers, paid about £4.

Yes that's what I used. Done it a few times now over the years and the tool has always worked fine. Been meaning to buy the one James linked to, but forget so just use the fan spanner when doing the change.
As @ZachB said, the hardest part is getting the gaiter back on as its greasy and...
Are ktec offering full refund?
As much as you like the car, I feel a refund and start again would be the more simple/easier and less agro going back and forth. Especially if you get it back after its fixed and your still not happy. Time off work, travel money, etc has to be considered also...
