Carbon cannister at the bottom and the plug on the top of it circled. So yeah headlamp out job. When I removed mine the car was quite rusty so get some rust treatment to hand if your going to remove it. 👍

I presume you mean near where it attaches to the mechanism on the seat back like this? The black collar seems to be connected to the outer sleeve but you could machine something similar and glue it to the sleeve.

To remove the climate panel? Yep radio out, ashtray and panels below the climate panel out and then remove the screws and it'll come out. You can remove the front of it to clean the sticky off it.

Oe shocks are black. Black is always better 😉😂. If it's not rusty anywhere else and has had paint on the arch I'd be worried it had been crashed in the past. Have you done a hpi on it?
