if your not going to move the battery, get yourself a battery cover...
Also your IK is sucking hot air there, either put a cold air feed pipe on it or move it to behind the headlight.
map will work fine if you have the drive by wire version and it is the old 'unlocked' map. you will need a copy of the cal and the full ECU though to bring it upto 8200. you can tell if the map is locked as the original filename is 'EL' followed by a number in it. of course you don't know if the...
I did this with my 182 here regarding the best location under the bonnet http://www.cliosport.net/threads/1-2-induction-kit-location-–-does-it-really-matter-a-short-article-reveals-the-truth.699570/#post-9573695 (I see someone has already posted it above); you can use me as a reference, put it...
it sounds more like an issue with vodaphone as opposed to giffgaff then. If they haven't released you number in there system it could be trying to connect to your old sim; i.e Vodaphone In > uses vodaphone database for call connection > vodaphone finds your old sim registered beside number >...
it doesn't really work like that though, it normally works or it doesn't. I would suggest trying your sim in another phone so you can rule out the phone (i.e swap phones with your wife). Also might sound like a really dumb thing to suggest, but make sure your wife has credit if shes on a payg...
no, no you don't. If you want bitches, try the Audi forums :tongueout:
I would be an area rep for north devon, but its not on the list. I'm forever plastering cars with cliosport flyers! Am pretty useless at going to meets lately though (mind you, so where you Dan)! lol. Need I apply?
as your oil s going down, it sounds like its burning oil as opposed to coolant (which is what normally caused white smoke), are you sure its white smoke and not blue/grey? Possible causes could be piston rings or valves if so...
my 182 looses a lot of oil somewhere. it normally takes about...
some great shots here guys! Need to get my entry done, even though its going to be very similar to Aarons!
love the conkers @Scrooge! what did you shoot that at? f2?
all three axis are using Nema 23 stepper motors with 283oz-in @ 3A, driving a m8 lead screw rod. Working bed area is 70cmx50cm with a max depth of 12cm. however because of my rail design, the length of the bed can actually be made as long as needed.
yeah mach3 seems to do the job well with my...
Does anyone elses xbox hdd make a chirping sound every once in a while when its off? Like its trying to park the head but doing a bad job of it? sound like a buzz/chirp that lasts abut 1 second?
this. locations of wireless access points are mapped out, and a course location can be generated form the list of AP's your phone can currently see. simple but effective!
My goto apps are K9 mail & Boat Browser. rest is stock / anything that will do the job (like built in stocks/shares app ect.)
I made my own. took me about a week to source all parts /design and build. works a treat!
thinking of converting it to a 3D printer now, need to get a 4th axis sorted!
yeah, mk1's use a torsion bar - no springs. Mk2/3/4 use springs.
good thing about that on the mk1 was you could lower them to suit your needs really easy. I could never get both sides to sit equal though, one was always a 1cm or so higher
