Cheers people!! @Ali - I took them all off! Made life easy @Jonno1 - Sanded all down til smooth. then primered and wetsanded! gives a nice smooth finish ;) Then painted and lacquered!!

Doubt it tbh. I dont imagine John Major implemented a second TV Licence to little kids of the 90's who had Sega Game Gears with TV Tuners so I very much doubt it :D
