Ah your going down the coilover route now? :) what made you change your mind? Its horrible saving for them, i dont know whether i will be keeping my job so im scared to purchase them incase things dont work out :/ yeah i can imagine spacers might be an idea, but they arent crucial atm :)
Yeah i thought it might be hit or miss considering its not a dedicated clay product.
Hmm.....will have an inspection of it and see what i think regarding which product to go for. Think this stuff may need to be purchased over a 2 months lol ;)

Hi,
I am a complete noob when it comes to detailing (well, even just washing my car properly) and want to start getting into the habbit of doing it properly as i intend to go to a few shows this year and dont want it look sh*t :) I have also read up a little on previous threads/blogs to learn a...

Re: Silver MK3 TCE Progress Thread
thanks mate, appreciate it! Yeah i have made contact with DT to see if i can get some CS discount on my coilovers :) literally cant wait
Do you have to smooth behind the clio badge on mk2's? On the mk3 you can just take them off with a hairdryer and some fishing line/card/dental floss :) ah right, not sure how it is with the clio but did it with my brothers seat ibiza the other day and its just a case of removing the motor/pump...
Yeah that would look even better mate, will look far cleaner. Might cost you a bit more to get smoothing done but if u can get it cheaper through mates relatives then why not :) you thought about debadging or de-wipering the back?
