Think it all depends on what map the golf is running . they can be mapped to 200 ish bhp very easy and like you say it has other mods so should make good power / torque

I have only had a play with a Saxo VTR and Clio 172 ff so far so could not comment on this but like i said in 3rd gear does feel nearly as fast as my old EVO 4 .

Well just a Revo stage 1 remap will see about 190 bhp and 220 lb/ft so with the biger KO3s should be much quicker that a 182 as you say.

in Standard form the 306 gti-6 is a little faster and has more space and much better breaks but a HUGE turning circle and not great mpg .

What power / map was the Golf running then ?
