    ***How much is it worth?***

A straight one is probably 3-3500 at that age/miles so taking the cat d into account, i'd say £2795 ish.

    BMW i3

But if we don't like the look of it, don't like how expensive it is, what's the point in driving it?

    BMW i3

I'll stick with my 182 and the remaining £23,000 in the bank. £23,000. Twenty three thousand English fcuking pounds. Stroll on.

Cat D clio on auto trader...

He (the seller) is a scamming c**t! He's hidden the fact it's a cat d by doing what he's done. IF I ever take them in px, I always put ''This car was registered as a Cat D insurance loss in 2007'' or similar. Bloke's a c**t.

172 cup - Anyone viewed this one?

Yes mate. At the moment though it's a loan car for every tom dick and harry! lol.

172 cup - Anyone viewed this one?

That was part of the appeal. I appreciate it when someone has spelled stuff properly and covered all aspects. To not reply to emails or voicemails seems a little odd! lol. I ended up buying banthers cup in the end as this guy clearly wasn't playing ball. :(

172 cup - Anyone viewed this one?

I've rang/emailed the seller numerous times, I wanted to buy it. This was ages ago too! I have not had a single reply from him, no wonder he hasn't sold it.

Machine polishing car with bonnet stripes advice please

You can polish the stripes, but if you're using a rotary, be aware that they're very very soft and mark very very easily. You also run a lot bigger risk of burning them so keep the polisher moving.

So I'd have to fit all the bits, then get both cars remapped... That turns a bit of fun into a big expense. :-(

There's a massive pot hole in the lane by work. As soon as the front wheels went in it, the splitter caught the non potholed bit if road. It's not like I've smashed the bumper, it's only £190 so not the end of the world. I swore a lot though.

I fitted my new splitter today. I snapped my new splitter today. In three places. f**king f**k. Going to have to fit the old one back on now, it looks naked without one.

    Recaro's with 99p Start

Pretty pointless for a clio though. They don't tilt forward to allow people in the back. So they only suit stripped out track type cars. But if you're building a car like that, you'll want something with a lot more support than a pony Recaro Trendline. I don't see the fascination with them.

Gutted yet so much want for this car.

Lovely car, but they are a definite ''Never meet your hero'' car for me. I know i'd just spend my entire life upset if I owned one.

I think I could only ever buy another modified one. I went in a standard bug eye today and it was NOTHING like my car! lol. Buying a standard car and modifying it though costs a fortune.
